Following Humility

I shall not consider myself so wise

that I can call any man ignorant.

I shall not consider myself so learned

that I can't learn one thing from every man.

I shall not consider myself so without sin

that I may cast the first stone.

I shall not consider myself so deserving

that I can wrong another without remorse.

I shall not consider myself so experienced,

that I can resist the most fundamental and basic lessons.

I shall not consider myself so righteous

that I can say I would have done differently in his shoes.

I shall not consider myself so controlled

that I can implement all the above without fail.
